Musical Guest
Connor Garvey

Connor Garvey
Welcome back Connor Garvey...

Acoustic Funky Folk Rock For the Good Hearted
"Garvey's sandy tenor, attention to rhythmic detail and winsome way with a melody bring to mind the music of Paul Simon in his Rhymin’ Simon days as well as contemporaries Josh Ritter and Jason Mraz" writes music blog Direct Current while entertainment publication The Portland Phoenix describes Garvey's style as "Martin Sexton-ish jangle-funk, Mraz-y confessionals, and a very clear voice." Time and again he is heralded for his unique voice, approach, and ability to connect with the listener- qualities that are necessary for a long career.
Musical Guest Jenee Halstead
Jenee Halstead
Welcomes back Jenee Halstead...

Jenee Halstead weaves thoughtful lyrics and honey-coated vocals with a soul that reaches beyond her years. Her talented alto projects strength and tenderness, heartbreak and jubilation, as the listener is swept along through well crafted stories in an updated Americana style with recognizable roots in the earliest American Folk traditions.

Welcome back Dan Blakeslee...

“A wide spectrum of folk brilliance”
Tatnic Tales runs from rollicking to contemplative, sparse to lush. Recorded in an antiquarian barn in Maine with virtuoso folk players, Dan’s album is by turns haunting, cheerful, and somber, as well as always heartfelt and deep. Fantastic artwork detailing the story can be found inside and if you need to discover a new folk voice, let it be Dan’s! – The Magazine Keeper
Folk Duo
Mark & Raianne
Mark Mandeville &
Raianne Richards

Welcome Back Mark ad Raiane...

Mark Mandeville & Raianne Richards are a folk duo from Massachusetts who sing songs which resonate with the lover of Americana and old country music, commanding familiar traditional melodies and poignant, introspective lyrics, and backing them with delicate arrangements on ukulele, clarinet, guitar and banjo. They began in the basements, coffee shops and art spaces of New England, and have since tested the stages of more traditional folk music venues, colleges, living rooms and bar rooms from Boston to Austin, Denver to Nashville, Asheville to Portland, and back 'round again. Hundreds of concerts have been given and thousands of records have been sold, all on their own steam and without the support of major industry assistance. Over the years, Mandeville & Richards have shared the stage with acts like John Gorka, Joan Osborne, Mustard's Retreat, Atwater & Donnely, Antje Duvekot, The Low Anthem, David Wax Museum and Brownbird.
Story Teller
Jo Radner
Jo Radner

Welcome Back Jo Radner...

Over the past 15 years I have performed in theaters, festivals, conferences, schools, colleges, and at community events. I create personal and family tales as well as stories about the people and history of Maine. I believe that humor and sadness are good bedfellows, and I particularly favor characters who have shaped admirable lives around unavoidable misfortunes.

John Ford
John Ford
Welcome Back John Ford...

John Ford Sr. returns to the outdoors of Maine with "This Cider Still Tastes Funny! Further Adventures of a Game Warden in Maine," his follow-up to the highly popular and critically acclaimed "Suddenly, the Cider Didn t Taste So Good." Ford is a retired Maine game warden, sheriff and gifted storyteller who carved out a reputation as a man of the law, but one who wasn't a by-the-book enforcer. He often came up with a good quip as he slipped the handcuffs on a violator, and he wasn't above accepting a lesson learned as sufficient penalty for breaking the law.
Jonah Tolchin
Jonah Tolchin
Jonah Tolchin mesmerizes audiences with his impeccable musicianship, deep resonant voice, foot-stomping rhythms, and lyrical original songs. At age fourteen he fell in love with traditional blues and began playing guitar and harmonica.  At fifteen he appeared at Tupelo Music Hall in New Hampshire with blues legend Ronnie Earl, and at twenty he played at the 2012 Newport Folk Festival.

Reviewer Garland Harwood recently wrote, "there are few folks south of 25 that can nail Americana, blues and folk with impeccable instrumentation and songwriting the way Tolchin can. It’s as if he’s a 40 year-old lovechild of a Mississippi Delta blues man and Loretta Lynn…”
